Terrible experience selling tickets on this platform. Spend hours on hold with customer service who assured me they had resolved my issues only to find out the next day that they never transferred the tickets I sold and cancelled my sale. Customer service was incompetent. Held for 30 minutes and then was hung up on before I ever spoke to anyone forcing me to call again and be put on hold again. Will never purchase or buy tickets from this site again.
