Absolutely terrible! Tickets were never delivered and custom support is absolutely terrible. The guarantee policy is an absolute scam!!! Was offered noise bleed vs lower level that I originally paid for. I drove 50 minutes to the event, paid for parking to never receive my tickets that I bought at 11am for a 3pm game! There should have been a proactive message if the tickets failed to be delivered. Trying to get a refund to keep being hung up on the phone. Nice job for ruining my experience!
