Terrible bait and switch company. I purchased a specific parking lot space for a concert venue and received a spot hero pass with information not pertaining to my vehicle. I cannot use this pass. I contacted stubhub and they were extremely unhelpful. They scammed me and would not refund or cancel my order. This statement on their website is completely false "Customer service all the way to your seat · Every order is 100% guaranteed." Do not ever use them. Their listing are not correct. They are a scam.
