Bought the tickets 2 week before the event and was promised to receive the tickets on the day of the event, but never did. The event started and we were not sure hiw to claim the tickets and had to call the customer service. They told us that they can’t find a replacement tickets and that they will refund the tickets. So we had to buy new tickets again. This process waisted 30 minutes of the concert.
