I bought tickets in June to go see a tennis match at the national bank open in Montreal for August 3. I did not receive my tickets and when I spoke with customer service they said I would get my tickets three hours before the match. Went to the event and still didn’t receive my tickets. Called customer service and was on the phone with them during the entire match while I stood outside not being allowed in! Mind you me and my husband and 15 other family members all travelled from Nova Scotia to Montreal to see this event! This is unacceptable! All they offered was to refund our tickets! What about our travel expenses!? The customer service agent told me I had to purchase gift cards to prove my identity. Come to find out there were multiple charges on my credit card for I tunes gift cards! Complete scam! I will be initiating a small claims suit against this company! Do not use this site! So unprofessional!
