Purchased parking tickets day of event and could not receive them until after the event I tried to call and they kept giving me a run around for why they couldn’t refund me. Said it was due to the fact I didn’t call the day of the event which is ridiculous because I was busy trying to find parking & driving around and literally couldn’t not contact them! What did they want me to do crash?! But it’s fine apparently they need my $50 more than I do.
