The worst client service experience I have ever encountered. Upon calling a “customer service” representative asking them to reverse an obviously erroneous transaction they showed no customer empathy, refused to identify himself when asked, had no decision-making authority to rectify a problem and their processes failed to follow-thru on a commitment to have “customer support” leadership return a call within 24 hours. One lost customer … I guess they will eventually add up. I’d love to share this experience with someone who cares within StubHub.
