I bought tickets 2 months ago and I have not received tickets right away and I let them know I haven’t by calls; emails and chats; didn’t hear anything back from the “escalation” and today is the concert and I called again. They said “technical issue” happened and I will be getting tickets. The problem is I need to drive 3 hrs and without any tickets just spending my time for no reason because they have guaranteed refund. I DON’T CARE it is not how you should treat your customers. The tickets are $350 and go there without knowing if I actually visit the concert. This is unbelievably disrespectful. PLEASE NEVER USE THEIR WEBSITE TO BUY TICKETS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
