Resell process was a disaster. Really bad software, crashed several times, and has a convoluted process flow. Definitely do NOT use StubHub if other vendors are available. Stubhub WAS able to charge me twice for 1 ticket. Now I'm waiting 15 days for maybe someone (bot) to reply. Scam company.
