Purchased 4 tickets to see the Backstreet Boys in Vegas. Spent 4k on flights and hotel, 2k for the tickets, and on the day of the event, upon attempting to retrieve my tickets, I received notification that my tickets were retrieved by someone else. Spent the entire day on the phone with Stubhub's customer support and was met unprofessionalism and lies. They informed me that emailed the seller and their email bounced. They strung me along, directing me to call back several times throughout the day and promised me a link to obtain comparable tickets, but they never did. Several calls took over an hour just to reach an agent. I asked for a refund several times and never received the link for it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Stubhub is corrupt. Their agents are rude and unprofessional, often terminating my call when I expressed concern and frustration. Their call center is based in India and there is an immense language barrier. Do not ever purchase tickets from this company.
