I bought tickets through Stub Hub for a Milwaukee Brewers baseball game. There was unexpected flooding and half of the parking lots were not in use at the stadium due to the flooding. I sat in traffic for an hour and a half only to travel one mile. I missed the game and had to drive 2 hours back home. Because I bought my tickets through Stub Hub, I did not receive the credit that fans who bought their tickets through Milwaukee Brewers did. I was told to call Stub Hub because they had my money. When I called they told me “We are not able to do anything about this because the transaction has already gone through and it is out of our control.” Will not be buying through Stub Hub anymore in case an emergency happens that is outside anyone’s control. You will not get compensated under any circumstances.
