I’ve never experienced such predatory seller treatment. StubHub put me on hold for hours until I gave up, clearly designed so sellers can’t contest unfair penalties. They offer zero leeway, even when the situation is clearly beyond your control, and treat honest sellers as disposable. Their “support” is robotic, apathetic, and entirely buyer-sided. Avoid selling here unless you’re prepared to lose money and be stonewalled by a company that profits from your misfortune.
