i listed tickets to a concert by accident i put wrong section from there drop down when they sold it was noticed ,and i reached out immediatley to fix the issue the customer service people did not even know what was wrong tried explaining but got know where.you can only chat online no phone number .now there trying to charge me 500.00 for the tickets being listed incorrectly.stay away from this company
