StubHub has the worst seller support I’ve ever experienced. We made a small mistake on the ticket date and noticed it six hours before the concert. Instead of helping, StubHub refused to let us correct it and told us to wait until after the event to appeal. We filed the appeal immediately, only to wait 20 days and then be told it was denied. On top of that, they kept the penalty equal to the ticket price. This policy is unfair and feels like a trap for sellers. StubHub clearly cares more about taking money than providing real support. I will never use this platform again.
