Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experience in my life. We will start from the beginning. I ordered my tickets on Aug 7th for an event on Aug 16th. The tickets I ordered were for a UFC event in Chicago. I traveled from CT and had to obviously by a flight and hotel. I didn’t receive my “tickets” until the Thursday before the event which was on Saturday. Upon checking my tickets I received tickets for a $30 play, not the $2000 ufc tickets (section 104 3 rows off the floor)which I purchased. I wasted two full days playing phone tag and dealing with customer service. Having the same conversation with 15 different agents saying the same thing just running in circles. After ruining the first two days of my vacation I was finally sent replacement tickets to the event which was in section 308, the nose bleed section in the arena. Tickets were not even remotely comparable to the original purchase. When brining this to their attention they pretty much told me that there was nothing else they could do in resolving the matter.
