Both Stubhub website and app failed kept cancelling my concert ticket order for no apparent reason. None of the payment options worked. I wasted time and lost the tickets I wanted to buy. Went to SeatGeek instead and guess what? It worked, unlike Stubhub or Ticketmaster.
