I am a first time user. Because the seller had until the day of the concert to release the ticket, I didn't get them until the day before. I had to fly and buy airfare and trust I would actually have the tickets the day of the concert. They did come and wasn't an issue other than it caused me stress. I enjoyed the concert immensely.
