Very upset I bought tickets to an event and then 24hrs later they tell me my tickets are unavailable so they are giving me new seats/tickets and there's nothing I can do about it to change it. Why weren't the original tickets I purchased available anymore, and now I'm being sold tickets for a concert in an area I would NEVER EVER sit and or purchase tickets for if that was the only option. Very disappointed it was supposed to be some type of "upgrade" on my tickets when my originals were fantastic seats and it was seat roulette and they just decided to place us wherever!!!!
