If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience was infuriating. I bought tickts for a concert and am flying out to Chicago to go to this event. They canceled my account without notifying me, claiming there was suspicious activity. I have not had any issues with my cc and so I called. I was not able to speak to someone higher that customer support. I was not given an answer to what they were doing to resolve this issue. I was not given an option to replace my tickets. I wasnt even told what happened on the account to cause a lock out. I bought the tickets months in advance and they were worth 500$ each and the same tickets are now going for $1600 each. I am beyond angry that they were not willing to secure me tickets in the same section that were available when I paid for them so far in advance. They would not even guarantee me a refund. I kept being apologized to. I dont want apologies, I want you to do better.
