I ordered a parking ticket Dec 15th when I bought the tickets. I got an email saying to claim my ticket but there was link. After many, many attempts, chats and promises I got emails saying go to the original email. I ended up buying another ticket with no problem. Not happy at all. Over $100 to park. Plus, the first ticket was right at Wells Fargo. The replacement was half a mile away.
