I purchased two tickets through StubHub to a Kane Brown concert and my tickets downloaded without a scan bar on them. I was on the phone with customer service for 4 hours and they were unable to help me with providing me with two new good tickets. The day of the concert is when I realized the tickets were not valid without the scan bar. Representatives in the ticket booth at the concert tried to assist as well and were unsuccessful. I was forced to buy two new tickets for the event in order to go to the venue which I had traveled 4 hours to attend. I noted my concerns with StubHub and my case was under review but my refund for my ticket value was denied. Very disappointing will not be using StubHub ever again. Also the same day of the incident my StubHub account was hacked and someone was trying to buy tickets for $1200 using my account. My bank noticed the fraudulent activity and canceled the order. I was never notified by StubHub of this fraudulent activity. Ticket purchasers beware! ticket purchasers beware.
