Bought tickets for The weekend concert. Ticketmaster cancelled them because they said they were fraudulent. Stubhub would not give me a refund under their 100% guarantee because they said I did not call the day of the concert. The policy says you are encouraged to call not that you have to. Customer service is horrible and says because I did not call the day of the concert they will not give me a refund. It clearly states under their policy you need to contact them within 7 days after the event for a refund. Do not buy from them. They are scammers.
