I purchased tickets a month ago and the event was changed and I was never notified. When trying to get answers on what happen, all the representatives would either drop the call or told me someone will follow up with me. No one ever did. Barely today they told me they can’t do anything about it. They told me this over messenger after I reached out the 5th time. This was a birthday gift and I couldn’t get them anything else.
