The buying experience for this parking pass was easy, but the download to my Apple Wallet failed for reasons unknown. After it failed, I lost the ability to make a second attempt. I went back through the steps multiple times and even tried workarounds from your Help page, but nothing worked. Fortunately, the worker at the garage entry barrier allowed me to enter based on the email from StubHub and the CFG (Baltimore) Arena. This was frustrating especially as the event tickets bought through Stubhub worked just fine.
