This was my first time to use Stub Hub. Unfortunately, I did not understand that I would not get my tickets right away. I was very nervous because I just was not clear on how it worked.
The tickets were ready a full day before advertised. So, if I had understood that and chosen to go ahead and get the tickets through Stub Hub then I would have been satisfied.
I believe that there should be a clear explaination of how the process works before you reserve and pay for the tickets!
