NO- Purchased the most expensive parking pass- for a concert- the venue parking pass was completely invalid- you parked where ever they directed- it was first come first serve. Would not give me money back on a completely fraudulent purchase on something that I wasn't even available.
There 100% Guarantee is not at all. They pride themselves on customer service and they have none.
