Ease of purchasing the ticket. However since it was our first time going to a cardinals game, it was almost impossible to find the black lot. Directional signs went so far and then disappeared. We wound up in a different lot that turned out to be closer to the stadium. Probably won't purchase a resale for parking unless I know exactly where the lot is and how close it is to the facility.
