Approaches my ticket on a Canadian site and they charged me American funds. They will not reverse that exchange and said that's how much the tickets were. The cost was enough that I could have bought another ticket. The customer service was terrible and I got the total run around and must have spent over 2 hours on the phone with them over the course of 3 weeks because nobody would deal with it. They still have not dealt with it and say they are not going to refund me the exchange. This is a problem with their site. It says you're buying in Canadian dollars and then they charge you American funds.
