Not used them before. Bought 2 Oasis tickets but only one transferred into my Ticketmaster account. 90 mins of anxiety and immense frustration to resolve the issue and that was thanks to the Will Call guys help at Soldier Field. Got into the show 30 mins beforehand but the experience ruined the build up to the concert.
I’m sure the majority of transactions are pain free but my experience was horrible.
