The nay reason I will continue to do business with StubHub is because of the representative who assisted me in getting a ticket to the US Open. I waited 2.5 hours for a ticket to be uploaded which caused me to miss the main match that I wanted to see. Seat Geek appears to be a better option now. If the representative that assisted me can be identified she deserves high evaluation if she treats everyone like she did me. I would personally send her some flowers if I could. She’s the only reason I’m not submitting a dispute with AMEX.
