I wouldn’t even give ithem one star. I bought assigned seats to a concert and they sent General Admission PIT tickets. They said it was a “replacement.” I think they could sell my assigned seats for more money so they dumped me into the PIT. I can’t use the PIT. My fiancé is handicapped and can’t stand for long. I tried twice to chat with them and the chat conveniently stopped working both times. I finally found the number for customer service and they said there was nothing they could do except refund my money. The tickets came from Ticketmaster with a completely different order number. Thank goodness I saved the original order with the original order number if I would have been screwed. DON’T USE STUB HUB!
