Absolutely horrible. I bought US open tickets only because Stubhub was the first link that came up and assumed this is the primary ticket vendor. Huge mistake. Even at 2 days prior to the event, they didnt release the tickets to ticketmaster (stating that there was a system glitch) and i was left with no solution. I ended up not being able to attend the event. Do NOT use Stubhub.
