Extremely Disappointed, NO Tickets, No Refund. I bought my tickets from StubHub a month ago, but I still haven't received them, just hours before the event. Instead of being excited to attend, I'm stressed and anxious. I contacted their customer service, but it was the worst experience. No real help, only empty promises that the tickets would arrive within the hour, and it took more than an hour to wait while on the phone with them, and the tickets never arrived. They refuse to issue a refund because they didn't own the tickets, claiming they are a final sale, despite failing to deliver what I paid for. This is unacceptable. StubHub ruined what should have been a fun experience. I would never use them again and strongly warn others to avoid buying from this company.
