We live in Pennsylvania and drove to Cleveland the day of the concert. When the vendor did not release our tickets we were within an hour of the venue on a call with customer service trying to get replacement tickets. The situation was not ideal, but Sebastian in customer service handled everything and found/ ordered us new tickets which we quickly received.
