Good user interface when it comes to searching for tickets and seeing what the views would be like from the seats. However, when I tried to buy the tickets from the desktop version of Stubhub numerous times, trying different forms of payment (Apple Pay and PayPal), the order did not go through. When I tried the Stubhub app that night, I saw different/higher pricing for the same tickets. I waited until the next morning. The desktop experience was still not allowing me to complete the purchase, but I was finally able to see consistent pricing between the Stubhub app and the desktop experience. I was able to complete the purchase on the app (using Apple Pay). However, this entire process took me several hours to complete over the course of two sittings. And the price of these US Open tix seemed to be going up the longer I had to wait to make the purchase. Time is critical when it comes to purchasing tix so there needs to be consistent, working experiences across mobile and desktop.
