Got runaround from customer service. Noticed that the tickets I needed to sell were hidden from potential buyers going to their site. A buyer would need to first know to go to the filters and deselect the default setting for recommended tickets. This despite my tickets having recommended status per my listing page. Service rep was unhelpful and issue was not resolved. Also, buyer beware, they are Not a primary seller site like ticket master they are a secondary market.
