Misrepresented my seats purchased for a NeilYoung concert. Paid $715 for seats with a section, row, and seat number. When I got to the concert I was told that my ‘seats’ were general admission. We ended up sitting in 2 rented chairs about 200 feet away from the stage. After contacting customer chat ( twice) the rep stated that my tickets were valid. Neither of the reps I chatted with would answer the question of ‘why would I pay $715 to sit on the lawn when I could have paid $84 (x 2) to sit in the same place. A dishonest bait and switch with no refund other than an anonymous apology. Shoddy, dishonest theft. StubHub will NEVER get a purchase from me again. My advice : STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB. No offer of refund for the difference in ticket prices or ANY compensation was offered. Again:AVOID PURCHASING TICKETS FROM STUBHUB. THE RISK OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES IS TOO HIGH!!
