After telling StubHub a week and a half before I left for NYC to see Hamilton that there was something not right about the ticket they sold me, they assured me it was good. When I arrived at the theater the ticket scanned invalid. I called and talk to an agent in India. He said he would get me a new ticket, but by the time it got released it was after the show started and it would not allow me to accept the ticket. I demanded a refund, but the agent told me that he couldn’t issue a refund because he had issued a ticket. I lost the money for the ticket, the hotel cost, and plane fare because of StubHub. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
