Ordered tickets for The Weeknd. Feb 2025 to be told I will get my tickets a week before the event. I called several times explaining my tickets had already been claimed and it wasn’t me. Fast forward to August event. I called yet again 4 times on the day of the event to be told they’ll call the seller of the tickets, if I wouldn’t get them that they would fully refund me or find me tickets. 4th call to see where my tickets were, I was told they have been claimed so I cannot get a refund. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. The event was over 120 days from purchase so my bank couldn’t dispute it.
