Absolutely horrible customer service. The representatives are difficult to understand, and none of them seem to know what’s going on. I had to call multiple times to try and resolve an issue caused by StubHub’s own system. After their app update, an error appeared on my account that prevented me from selling two tickets. The system incorrectly marked them as sold and then locked the tickets, leaving me with no options. When I called for help, neither the representative nor the manager could fix the problem — all they did was apologize. To make matters worse, I was told I might be fined for not transferring the tickets, even though their system prevented me from doing so. Be aware: this platform is unreliable and does not stand behind its users. Save yourself the frustration and avoid StubHub.
