DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!!!!! We travelled from Venice Florida to Cleveland visiting with our friends, children, and grandchildren. We planned a Sunday Guardians game with the grandkids. Everyting went well until the day of the game. The parking pass, that came with the tickets, was in a VERY rough part of town. We drove closer to the stadium and paid for parking. I checked the tickets on STUBHUB before I left for the game. No issue. When I tried to access them at lunch, they were "stuck". I contacted customer service. They were no help. At 1:35, for a 1:40 game start time, they finally told me to go to the ticket gate and present my receipt for admission. There was over 100 people in line. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! They totally ruined our day and somehow thought refunding our money would make it all better. PS They did not refund parking
