I am quite frustrated with the confusing app and the unsatisfactory customer service. I am a Senior Citizen, and although I am not terribly tech savvy, but did seek guidance from the chat help every step of the way in trying to sell tickets to a concert we were unable to attend. I could not easily find a phone # to speak with a live person, and when I did, it took 3 calls to finally speak with someone. Turns-out that, in my confusion, I accidentally created multiple listings to sell my tickets, so was charged FULL PRICE for each listing made in error! When I spoke with a supervisor, he explained that if I didn't have the available credit on the card I bought the tickets with, that the charges would "remain dormant" until I tried to buy tickets again. They ended-up taking over $1,000 from the bank account I had listed to deposit ticket SALE. My husband and I are furious.
