My initial tickets turned out to be a scam, but Stubhub did everything they promised with their fan guarantee and made sure that I got replacement tickets on the day of the show! Everybody I communicated with was very friendly. Shoutout to Juan. Getting scammed is always a risk when buying resale tickets, but it’s nice to know that Stubhub was looking out for me.
