I’m extremely disappointed with Stub Hub and their service. They canceled my tickets without any prior notice but still charged me the full \$70. After realizing this, I reached out to their customer support multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue and get either a refund or my tickets delivered. Unfortunately, I never received a proper response or the tickets I paid for. Losing \$70 like this is incredibly frustrating, especially given the lack of communication and accountability. I expected a much better experience and would caution others before using Stub Hub.
