Horrible customer service. Sold 2 tickets through them. Transfer would not work. Wait times of over 45 minutes (several times in a 24 hour period) without getting through to customer service. Finally got through by calling at 6 am and still at 1 hour in a call without a resolution and the tickets being transferred. Exorbitant fees $40 plus per ticket to have this horrible experience. Buy elsewhere!
