4 hours before the WNBA they asked me to accept tickets from another seller since the original purchase, which was months prior, had some type of issue with the seller. Never received new tickets although they told me to wait up to an hour before the game. What a ridiculous response when I have to leave over 2 hours in advance to get to the game. I ended up buying Ticketmaster tickets 30 minutes before tipoff and waited days and countless hours on the phone to finally get back my $60 refund. I have purchased tickets in the past without issues but NEVER again. Customer service was pitiful.
