StubHub’s fan protect plan is a scam and they have absolutely no intention of refunding your money when your tickets aren’t delivered on time. Customer service reps will yell at you, hang up on you and refuse any responsibility. “StubHub is a third party and not responsible for sellers not providing tickets purchased.”
