Genuinely awful. I only use stubhub because they pretty much have the ticketing market cornered and I’m forced to use them for a lot of the shows I attend. First big issue was When We Were Young 2024, they weren’t going to ship wristbands to me until the day of the show. Had to speak to 3 different managers to get them to change it and ship the wristbands before and even then, they were extremely rude, as if it were my fault. Now, they’ve allowed someone to hack my account, transfer my Riot Fest Ticket without my permission, and are once again only able to REVIEW the problem on the same day I’m supposed to be at the festival… They will also place you on an indefinite hold when you ask to speak to a manger. STUBHUB is unfathomably unhelpful with the worst customer service imaginable, second only to AT&T’s customer service.
