I bought tickets for a concert, the day before the concert I went to get my tickets. When I clicked to transfer them it said that the tickets had already been accepted by another email address. I used all email addresses I could think of including friends, family, and nothing. StubHub couldn’t do anything for me and said they would expedite it as important since the concert was the next day. I never heard anything from them, so after the concert I called again asking for a refund since I had told them I had no access to my tickets and called them a bunch of times the day before with no resolve. They told me I couldn’t have a refund because the tickets were accepted. But I never accepted them and they could not tell me where the tickets went or who accepted them. So $500 wasted and got to be played around on the phone for hours with them.
