I use Stubhub often to buy concert tickets because I can’t get them at time of concert release. I’ve never had an issue at the venue. My tickets have been legit. Sometimes a minor issue with downloading the tickets but Stubhub support gave instructions so I know what to do now if an issue arises again. The VAT and Tax added to ticket price is a bit pricey. It can be a bit annoying if the Section and Row is not advertised and it says lower tier because I want to be able to at least see if it’s worth paying a little more for a ticket or don’t go based on seating. I give Stubhub more like 4.5 stars.
